Linda is a licensed sales representative and has been actively trading in real estate since 1995. Prior to her career in real estate Linda was a licensed mortgage broker for 15 years, so she has a great foundation of knowledge for all aspects of home buying. In 1995 Linda joined her husband John in forming The Mash Team and they have been representing buyers and sellers ever since. She has received the Ultimate Service Award numerous times in the past 23 years and has also been awarded the prestigious International President’s Circle Award by Coldwell Banker R.M.R. Her clients will all attest to her continuous high Customer Service Rating. Linda does find time for other worthwhile community endeavors. She is President of Spirit Alive, providing lockers for homeless people. These lockers are the first in North America that allow homeless people access to them. Linda has been recognized by the City of Oshawa, Region of Durham and the Province of Ontario for her tireless work in this regard. Linda also volunteers for the New Life Neighbourhood Center, Lakeridge Health Peer Support and Peer Support activities. She also served as Director at Large for the Durham Region Association of Realtors (DRAR) for a two-year term. When she isn’t helping clients, Linda enjoys spending time with her two granddaughters and blogging. She also has a passion for making face creams, deodorant, and natural grooming products. Corinne Dezsi is a licensed Salesperson working in the Durham area. She received her License by completing the Salesperson Registration Education Program through Orea College. However, she is not new to the Real estate field, as she has worked 8 years as an un-licensed assistant. In addition to Real Estate, Corinne has a passion for law. When on maternity leave with her second child she decided she wanted to study Law and get her Diploma as a Law Clerk. She managed to graduate with an Honours Diploma. Corinne volunteers at New Life Neighborhood Center, where she does shopping for kids Christmas gifts. She is also involved with the Kidney foundation where she helps to raise funds and participates in local walks and events. When she isn’t working, she spends time with her two girls, Emma (5) and Kate (3), reading about travel, and trying very hard not be the worst cook in the world. John Mash is a Retired salesperson, who worked for 27 years in the Durham Region. He received his Real Estate License by completing Salesperson Registration Education Program through Orea College and founded and continues to mentor the Mash Team. In addition to real estate John volunteers and offers peer support to the Kidney Foundation of Canada, and Patient and family advisory council thru Lakeridge Health Oshawa. John is a band member of the charity band Shades of Grey where he sings lead vocals. When he isn’t glued to a computer screen, he spends time working in the garden, learning how to use social media, and trying very hard to be the best grandfather in the world.
