  1. How old is the main house? The original home was built in 1960, however, almost everything has been updated. Basement was just fully renovated and finished. It has 2 bedrooms, 3pc bath, laundry area and recreation room.

    Heating? Forced air gas heating.

    Taxes? Property taxes are $4200 year

    Brick? Wood exterior.

    The directions are 401 to Bennett Rd. Turn North, Turn right on Highway #2, then left on Darlington/Clarke Townline 42. The address is 599 Durham Regional Rd 42, but a lot of the GPS’s are not finding it.
